Save the Dates!

Good morning folks.

I just want to share a number of exciting events coming up with you. All are free. Some are online and some are in person.

April 16, Wednesday, 730-9- Live Zoom Demo with the CWA-

I will be the artist demonstrating for this month’s California Watercolor Association meeting. Yay! :) You don’t need to be a member to join the zoom meeting. The general meeting runs from 7-9 pm PST. The demo will get rolling around 730. Follow this link. It will take you to the page they have dedicated to the demo, with a link for the zoom meeting and such.

May 3 & 4, 10am- 5pm- Saratoga Rotary Art Show-

I am participating in this fine art show for the first time. Saratoga is down by San Jose. This is a juried fine art show, so I’m excited to get in. If you’re excited to get first dibs on my art this season, this is the show to go to. I’ll have a tent with all of my new work from the last 6 months up for sale, as well as the best of my older pieces that I still have. Come down, meet me, and bring a piece home with you!

You can find out more information about the Saratoga Art show by following this link.

May 10 & 11, 10am- 5pm- Open Studio and Garden Tour in Vallejo-

I will once again be hosting an Open Studio at my house. I’ll have my tent out in my garden patio, my little studio will be open for sharing with additional pieces, and I’ll be hosting folks in my garden!

For those who don’t know, in my other life I design and build hummingbird, butterfly, and bee gardens. We have fruit trees, salvias, drought tolerant mediterranean plants, bee hives (my wife’s specialty), etc. It’s a lot of fun to share my little baby that I’ve been nurturing and developing these last 20 years, and, of course, it’s great to connect with collectors and sell paintings. ;)

Make it a special Mother’s Day weekend, and take a painting home! You will find me at 1160 Hargus Ave, Vallejo CA. Just like last year, I’ll have signs up, leading you through the double side doors and into the garden.
