Figurative Demo on Sunday, September 8th

Hi all,

The figurative show at the Doyle Street Gallery has been extended by a few weeks, and will be open both Labor Day weekend and the following weekend ! As a “Grand Finale”, I’ll be demoing on Sunday, September 8th from 11-130. If you’d like to purchase a painting, watch me paint, and/or pick my brain about the process, this will be a good time to come— Sunday the 8th will be the last day of the show.

I’ll be demoing figures specifically, but wont have a live model. I’ll be working from previous paintings and photos. The focused work goes fast when painting figures, so I intend to do a number of figures from start to finish. I hope to see some of you there!

The Doyle Street Gallery is located at 5510 Doyle Street, Emeryville CA and is open from 12-4 on Saturdays and Sundays, or by appointment at 510-915-1825.
