February Solo Show "California Dreamin' " at the Frank Bette Center!

For those who aren’t on social media much, I wanted to announce that I’ll be having a solo show at the Frank Bette Center in Alameda this month, called “California Dreamin’ “.

This will be a solo show in their Signature Gallery and will feature over 20 of my watercolor paintings from across California. From Joshua Tree, to the northern redwoods, to Yosemite and the high sierras, to the coast and the vineyards. There will be a wide variety of prices and sizes, from reasonably priced smaller pieces at 295$, all the way up to big pieces that can be the feature of a wall at 1250$.

There was an endless of day of prep for this, framing, matting, and getting D-rings on everything. Loading it all up nice and tidy, wrapped in towels to keep the frames as nice as possible.

But it was great to finally get down to Alameda and help with the the hanging and see it start coming to life. The volunteers down there were great!

The show opens today and goes through the month of February. The live, in person reception is next Friday, 2/10, from 6-8 pm. I’ll definitely be there, and hope to see some of you there too! I love meeting folks and talking shop with fellow watercolor lovers!

The Frank Bette Center is located in Alameda, CA. They’re open Friday- Sunday, 11 am to 5 pm. You can find them at-
