Lilac, Yellow, White
I’ve thought of painting this little floral abstract for a while. I like the soft, high key transitions between the cool pale purple shadows and the warm pale yellow roses. Just patiently moving back and forth between the two, trying to keep my touch light. It was a little too strong at first though, too rigid. So I rewet it, gently scrubbed it with a brush, daubed it off with a paper towel and then put it out in the rain. Now, it’s looking much better. !! :) Experimenting is fun.
