Announcing the next version of From Photo to Final Painting!

Happy New Year Everyone!

I’m very excited to announce that later this month I’ll be releasing Version 2 of my live, online class “From Photo to Final Painting”!  I’ve been a busy bee behind the scenes, and there will be lots of positive changes that should make the class even more accessible to people.  Read on to join the waitlist, find out what it’s all about, and learn what’s new!

A New Format-

I’ve listened to your input!  All day online classes can be tough for a lot of folks! We all need to be able to balance our art life and our every day life- me included!! :D

This time around, we’ll be painting together in shorter 3-hour Saturday classes that occur less frequently (every two weeks) over a longer period of time (12 weeks total).  This new format will allow many more people to be able to benefit from the class (even you all in Europe!), and the longer 12-week run will help you solidify your skills at a more natural pace.

9 am in California= 12pm on the East Coast= 5 pm in England= 6 pm in Paris/Rome

Curriculum-

We will still be focusing on all the most important things- how to control the Four Pillars (Shapes and Edges, Color and Value) so you can compose a photo and have the tools necessary to paint your subject to completion.  That means notans, wet into wet painting, controlling color mixes, and on and on.

Hear What Some Previous Students Had to Say-

I have taken A LOT of classes in my life. This is by far the best instruction I have received. Thank you also for creating a warm and welcoming learning environment. This has been wonderful and I would love to continue learning from you in the future :)

This has been an intense and remarkable experience for me. Your teaching style, your engagement with painting, and your energy really resonate with me. Thanks!

I am excited about watercolor now, instead of feeling utterly lame and wishing I had some help. You made each aspect accessible, interesting, and clear. I enjoyed your cheerful, keen teaching style. The whole experience was great fun!!
