I'm doing a series of Virtual Demos this month. Find out about them below!

Hi everyone. I’m still doing my daily paintings (today is Day 54— 21 more to go!), and I will continue to do them through the month of April. My goal is 75 total. I’ll then be selecting the “best” 20-25 for my online art show at the end of the month. But to celebrate the process and have some fun, I’m doing a series of free virtual demos first. And you all are invited! :D

I did my first live streams this past week on Instagram and Facebook. They were fun, and I’ll be doing more of them!! I’ll also be doing some on zoom, for those who aren’t really on either of those platforms.

In total, I’ll be doing a series of 4 scheduled demos. I’m sure I’ll be doing more unscheduled ones too. They generally take 40-60 minutes total. If you see me online during a livestream, be sure to drop in and say “Hi!”.

Here’s the schedule—

1) Saturday, 4/9, 10-11 am, PST. Zoom Demo. Here’s the link. Just copy and paste it into your navigation bar when the time comes.

Previous Posts and Process Videos-

Day 47. Lazy friday afternoon

Day 42. a little peace and quiet

If you’re on Facebook or Instagram, I’ve been posting small 1-minute-long process-videos for some of these daily paintings. Of course, I’m sharing photos too. They’re a good way to see into what I’m doing. The demos I do there are recorded and available, but only on Facebook or Instagram. So, if you’re on either platform, you can go to my profile and scroll through things.

Posts on Facebook and Instagram also allow me an opportunity to share little details and stories about each painting. For example- why I went there, or what it was like to paint it, or who sent me the photo, etc. The story of the piece. I share about each one as I post it. There are too many to make a blog post for each one. Social media is a great venue for that sort of stuff. So, check me out online if you’d like to dive a little deeper, then leave a comment too! It’s always nice to hear from folks.
